For those that are new around here, I’m Jen Z Spooner.

I’m 39 and will be turning 40 in May.

I married the most supportive man in January 2020 and have an incredible blended family.

I’m a Russian immigrant and moved to the US when I was 5.

I’m the middle sister of three and feel so blessed that I get to work with them everyday now.

I used to have so much shame around not going to college but am so proud of the career I’ve built without it.

I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2002 and have experienced every high and low.

I now co-own a dental and med spa company with my oldest sister.

My passion is now helping other entrepreneurs grow and find success in their business.

It’s never too late to start over.

Let’s talk pressure…

When applied correctly, it can be the most impactful tool in your personal growth.

If you’ve worked with me, you know that I am direct and can be hardest on people I believe in most. I see the potential in someone and apply pressure because I know the opportunity for growth is there and often times they’re holding themselves back for one reason or another, whether it’s fear, lack of confidence or comfort.

I recently had conversation with my daughter because her coach was making her do the hardest drills and she felt like he was picking on her - the following week he asked her to teach an older group of girls a move he had been pushing on her. She was over the moon. He saw the potential in her and pushed her to a new level.
